Profile

I have provided psychological services to individual adults, adolescents, and children since 1995.

I have completed my B.A. in Psychology/Sociology at the university of Toronto. I received both my Masters and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from the university of Toronto. I am registered as a psychologist in Ontario and with the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. My most recent work experience was working as the staff psychologist at the University of Toronto. In my capacity as a psychologist, I provided individual, couple, & group counselling for university students and supervised graduate interns. I have had psychological staff and/or intern experiences in a number of treatment settings, including the Hincks-Dellcrest Treatment Centre, Toronto Board of Education, Griffin Centre, Dufferin-Peel Board of Education, Heusser & Associates, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Canadian Centre for Victims of Torture, etc.

I have research and teaching experiences in the areas of educational Psychology, role of meta-linguistic skills in language acquisition, attachment and personality correlates of aesthetic experience, and post-traumatic stress in the context of political violence.
